Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, OR Operations Research, OR related field.
12+ years with a Bachelor’s, 8+ with a Master’s, OR 6+ with a PhD in a relevant domain.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the end-to-end Digital Transformation Roadmap for Foundry Capacity Optimization.
Lead AI/ML and automation initiatives to replace manual data work and improve decision velocity.
Eliminate manual data mapping and reconcile fab, demand, and tool datasets.
Benchmark industry practices and evaluate COTS vs internal builds with ROI models.
Mentor engineers and drive change management for new digital tools and workflows.
