Job summary

This role collaborates with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate ramp and ongoing operations through AI analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor capacity planning or process engineering.
• Experience integrating generative AI technologies into manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with data-driven analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment availability and utilization to improve fab capacity.
• Develop and implement AI tools and model capacity impacts of changes.
• Build planning models using Python, SQL, Excel, or VBA.
• Communicate recommendations through dashboards and executive presentations.
