Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited university.
• Ten+ years of professional experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering on complex production lines.
• Hands-on floor experience implementing process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive sectors with strong quality systems knowledge.
• Experience with ruggedized computing hardware is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times using lean methods.
• Design and update facility layouts, workstation ergonomics, and material flow paths.
• Conduct time studies, establish labor standards, and balance production lines.
• Specify and oversee installation of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and design to move from prototype to production.
