Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the launch of new product lines through value-stream mapping and performance metric analysis.
