Jobot is seeking an Electrical Technician for a high-volume food manufacturing environment in Southern California. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical/instrumentation systems to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards within a multi-facility operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or food manufacturing electrical/instrumentation roles.
• Strong working knowledge of PLC logic and control systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
• Reading electrical drawings, P&IDs, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Ability to work independently or lead small teams during projects and shutdowns.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair 120V/240V/480V and medium voltage systems.
• Calibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation including flow, temperature, pressure, and level transmitters.
• Program, diagnose, and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, SCADA/HMI systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Document work using CMMS systems and ensure safety/compliance.
