Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to establish and maintain all manufacturing equipment in production areas, while supporting operators and ensuring food safety and quality compliance.

You will diagnose electrical components, repair electrical and control systems, read schematics and manuals, and contribute to preventative maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical components on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control circuits.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards (SQF/HACCP/GMP).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot low and high voltage control systems.
• Read manuals and electrical schematics; use measurement tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operators and supervisors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and contribute to PM schedules.
