• Supervise on‑site work, monitor safety standards, and adjust staffing to stay on schedule.
• Provide routine progress updates to stakeholders and respond to information requests promptly.
• Assist in assembling the onsite team, engaging contractors and sub‑contractors, and guiding performance.
