Job summary

Greystar seeks a Project Manager to build an in-house construction team overseeing industrial projects in Tennessee and Georgia. You will lead end-to-end planning and execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate staffing, budgets, schedules, and collaboration with subcontractors and internal stakeholders, with opportunities for bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on three or more ground-up construction projects.
• 3+ years managing project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, plans, and blueprints.
• Contribute to budgets, staffing plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to execute projects.
• Lead planning meetings and define scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare bid packages, review proposals, and manage contracts.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence across projects.
• Communicate status, risks, and action plans to leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise project team members.
