Greystar in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial construction projects.

You will drive site development, mass grading, underground utilities, and tilt-up panel work from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget. The role requires 10+ years in ground-up construction, strong leadership of civil, utilities and trade partners, and proven schedule and cost control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on ground-up construction projects, including heavy civil and dirt work.
• Hands-on with underground utilities and tilt-up construction.
• Proven ability to manage complex, evolving project schedules.
• Strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, and internal teams.
• Familiar with safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Drive the build from the ground up across site development, mass grading, underground utilities, and tilt-up panel construction.
• Own the numbers — manage the project budget end-to-end, invoices, spend tracking, and flag needs early.
• Set the pace — schedule management from early site work to tilt-up erection.
• Run the jobsite — oversee contractors, ensure safety/quality, adjust staffing to hit targets.
• Be the voice of the project — keep leaders and stakeholders updated with clear, timely communications.
• Build your team — lead onsite crew and trade partners to meet standards and schedule.
