Greystar is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial construction projects in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will drive from earthwork to tilt-up, manage safety, quality, and budget, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope. You should have 10+ years of industrial/site development experience, a track record of building strong teams, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on ground-up construction projects, with heavy civil/dirt work, underground utilities, and tilt-up construction.
• Experience on industrial projects is preferred, with adaptability and the right attitude.
• Deep knowledge of site logistics, grading, utilities sequencing, and tilt-up design/erection.
• Ability to manage evolving schedules with precision and maintain relationships with teams, subs, and owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive the build from the ground up, overseeing site development, mass grading, utilities, and tilt-up construction.
• Own the project budget end-to-end, review invoices, track spend, and flag financial needs.
• Set the pace by building and managing the schedule from early site work to tilt-up erection.
• Run the jobsite by supervising contractors, ensuring safety and spec compliance, and adjusting staffing.
• Communicate updates to business leaders, equity partners, and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Build and lead the onsite crew and align trade partners with company standards.
