We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground‑up industrial projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who excels at driving schedules, managing field operations, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all on‑site construction activities, providing hands‑on supervision of field operations.
• Coordinate daily workflows among subcontractors, foremen, vendors, and project teams to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and maintain quality standards throughout construction.
• Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance, promoting a culture of safe work practices.
• Conduct regular site meetings, provide guidance to field teams, and address operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change tracking.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for owners, inspectors, design partners, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large‑scale construction projects, ideally industrial or warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse field teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents accurately.
