Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Scheduler to plan and schedule food and beverage process facility projects. You will analyze information for forecasting, variances, and reports to monitor progress from preconstruction through to punch out.

Responsibilities include developing bid and construction schedules, collaborating with project teams, and leading multiple projects while traveling 30-40% as required. Degree in construction/engineering is a plus, with 3+ years in scheduling and proficiency in

Qualifications

3+ years of planning and scheduling experience for industrial or commercial construction projects.
3+ years of experience with MS Excel and MS Project.
Degree in Construction/Engineering-related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop schedules for bid proposals, pre-construction, construction, start-up, and closeout phases.
Foster collaboration with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers and owners.
Oversee multiple projects ranging from small to complex.
Act as a client-facing role and coordinate with owners, subcontractors and A/E teams.
Gather project progress information to update and monitor projects.
Develop monthly progress reports with schedule updates and milestones.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance.
