GrayWolf is seeking an experienced Project/Construction Manager to lead the construction of assigned industrial facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing budgets, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires deep knowledge of structural steel fabrication/erection, the ability to read blueprints, and experience with scheduling tools. Travel to job sites may be necessary.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 10–15 years PM experience in structural steel industry or 5 years as Project Coordinator/Engineer, plus 3 years detailing/drafting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college may substitute for 3 years of required experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting shop & design blueprint drawings; ability to manage large projects.

• Oversee construction activities for assigned project.
• Manage multiple significant projects and lead PM teams.
• Ensure contractual terms are maintained and costs stay within budget.
• Coordinate scheduling of work and materials with multiple departments.
• Liaise with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors to verify drawings.
