Job summary

GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support the flow of technical information between the GrayWolf Project Management team, customers, and subcontractors. The role emphasizes BIM coordination, scheduling, and shop/erection drawing preparation.

The position requires experience with structural steel projects, strong communication, and a willingness to travel to design meetings, fabrication facilities, and job sites.

Qualifications

• Requires Structural Steel experience and ability to review design drawings/BIM models for accuracy.
• Must coordinate with customers, design team, detailing, shop and field to resolve issues.
• Experience coordinating project sequencing, shop and erection drawings, and RFI processes.

Responsibilities

• Reviews design drawings and 3D BIM Models for accuracy and coordinates resolution of discrepancies with design team and customers.
• Coordinates project sequencing and detailing setup including shop and erection drawings.
• Provides guidance to detailers for shop drawings and erection drawings per project requirements.
• Monitors submittals, approvals, and fabrication releases and flags delays to PM.
• Serves as liaison between shop, field, detailers, subcontractors to resolve fabrication challenges.
