Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for industrial facilities. You will oversee all activities on assigned projects, lead a team of PMs and coordinators, and ensure contractual terms, budgets, and schedules are met.

This role requires strong leadership and a solid background in structural steel fabrication and erection. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and field crews, travel as needed, and maintain meticulous

Qualifications

• 10–15 years related experience as a Project/Construction Manager in structural steel or 5 years as a Project Coordinator/Engineer with drafting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fabrication and erection of structural steel; ability to read shop/design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of assigned construction project.
• Lead multiple high‑impact projects and mentor PM team.
