Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking a Project Engineer with experience supporting a range of projects in the Heavy Industrial Sector. This position interacts with customers, engineers, field supervision and suppliers to plan work and resolve field issues.

A Project Engineer will serve construction projects and is expected to be full time on the project site. This development role provides a defined career path toward becoming a Project Manager, with exposure to design coordination, schedule management, and

Qualifications

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with construction experience.
Experience in scheduling, cost tracking, RFI, take-offs/quantities, and estimating.
OSHA 10/30 or NCCER preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, or validate project estimates, scopes of work, and contracts.
Review design drawings and BIM models for accuracy and coordinate resolution.
Provide oversight of field activities to ensure on-time, on-budget project work.
Coordinate construction activities with Owners, Engineers, or OEMs.
Update project schedules and generate status reports.
Act as technical liaison for Owner and Engineers.
