Job summary
Rexel USA in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Senior Industrial Automation Field Service Technician to deliver on-site services for process and discrete manufacturing customers. You will evaluate Rockwell hardware, software, and networks, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to system modernization.
You will work with customers to define needs, perform data collection, drive startup projects, and mentor junior technicians.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to Lockout Tagout standards and best practices.
- Exposure to Arch Flash standards and best practices.
- Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA and Rockwell or comparable platforms.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site services at customer facilities and follow documented procedures.
- Collect installed base data via site walk-through and data collection tools.
- Troubleshoot and support Rockwell Automation products and related manufacturing tech.
- Communicate needs with management and manage time to avoid scheduling issues.
- Mentor and coach other field service technicians; may act as Team Lead.
