Job summary

Rexel USA in Lubbock, TX seeks a Senior Industrial Automation Field Service Technician to perform on-site services for Rockwell-based systems. You will troubleshoot, program, drive startups, and support reliability improvements for process and discrete manufacturers.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial manufacturing, familiarity with PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms, and strong communication. Travel to offsite locations is expected; opportunities to mentor others exist.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on industrial manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to Lockout/Tagout and Arch Flash standards.
• Experience with Rockwell or similar PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms.
• Technical reading of prints and documentation.

Responsibilities

• On-site execution of documented procedures at customer facilities.
• Collect current installed base through site walks and data tools.
• Troubleshoot Rockwell products and related manufacturing tech.
• Communicate issues to management to avoid problems.
• Mentor and coach other Field Service Technicians; potential Team Lead.
• Document activities in professional report formats.
• Develop customer relationships and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Identify opportunities for additional products/services during engagements.
