Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Industrial Automation Field Service Technician for Amarillo, TX. You will provide on-site services evaluating Rockwell hardware, software, and networked equipment to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include trouble shooting, drive startups, reliability improvements, and customer collaboration. Strong PLC/HMI/SCADA skills and 7+ years in industry are required.

Qualifications

7+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lockout/Tagout and Arc Flash standards.
Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA and Rockwell or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Execute documented procedures on-site at customer facilities.
Perform on-site data collection and site walk-throughs.
Troubleshoot Rockwell Automation products and related tech.
Communicate needs to management to prevent issues.
Mentor and coach fellow field technicians when needed.
