Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Automation Field Service Technician in Oklahoma City to support Rockwell-based systems. You will perform on-site services, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help modernize customers’ manufacturing processes.

You will collect data, communicate needs to management, and mentor junior technicians while working in a dynamic, team-based environment. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation hardware, software, and related control systems.
• High School or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel to offsite locations and work at customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site procedures at customer facilities as documented.
• Collect installed-base data through site walk-through and data collection tools.
• Troubleshoot Rockwell Automation products and related manufacturing technology.
• Mentor, train, and coach other Field Service Technicians; may act as Team Lead.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and present findings to diverse audiences.
