Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or technical sales within industrial automation or related industries.
• Proven success developing new business, opening accounts, and growing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business by selling BOS engineering and automation solutions.
• Identify and pursue target accounts and new markets for expansion.
• Register and manage RFQs, track forecasting and pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering and applications teams on proposals.
• Lead discussions through proposals, negotiations, and closure.
