Job summary

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
Significant experience in complex industrial project construction and estimating.
Knowledge of EPC estimating practices and methods with ability to present cost estimating products with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Prepares and reviews capital cost estimates.
Develops productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies results by craft staffing and crew analysis.
Works with other disciplines to collect data on scope and quantities for accurate estimates.
Performs analysis on functional input and pricing structures.
Ensures estimates align with market trends and pricing; manages changes to base estimates.
Leads sections of estimating databases and supports development of estimating standards.
