Job summary

STG Pacific is seeking a Vertical Construction Project Estimator for remote work based in the United States. You will identify bidding opportunities, prepare detailed cost estimates, and manage preconstruction estimating for vertical construction and federal projects, including design/build opportunities.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to align cost models with budgets and schedules. This U.S.-based remote position requires residency and work authorization in the United States; the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least four years of related project management or estimating experience in vertical construction.
• Experience with federal construction projects (USACE/NAVFAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify bidding opportunities with Business Development and PMs.
• Prepare complete cost estimates including quantities and labor/materials.
• Lead quantity takeoffs and subcontractor quote evaluation.
• Develop and submit prequalification packages and scope letters.
• Collaborate with PMs to align cost models with budgets and schedules.
