Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to understand scope, materials, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment and overhead.
• Request and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for competitive pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs to calculate materials and resources.
• Identify risks and cost variables impacting budget or timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers to refine estimates and support bids/proposals
