Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant cost estimating experience.
• Experience with federal contracting estimating, including USACE.
• Ability to develop and present cost narratives and estimates.
• Experience with estimation databases and take-offs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and estimating software like e4Clicks.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs/IFBs to determine cost requirements and prepare timely proposals.
• Develop cost proposal data formats compliant with government requirements.
• Create detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and designs.
• Prepare cost estimates and allocate costs using WBS or similar method.
• Prepare proposal packages and solicit pricing from subcontractors.
• Maintain schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6.
