SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Tax to lead U.S. sales and use tax compliance, exemption management, and taxability analyses for construction-related projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience, including significant experience in U.S. sales and use tax.
• Experience in construction, engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or a closely related project-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of state and local sales and use tax principles including nexus, sourcing, and exemptions.
• Experience managing compliance and audits for multi-state taxes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day state and local sales and use tax compliance, returns, payments, and reporting.
• Oversee preparation and review of returns and ensure timely filings and payments.
• Lead taxability reviews across purchases, services, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and document technical tax positions and guidance for stakeholders.
• Review certificates and exemptions; advise on proper use and renewal.
