Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive US sales and use tax experience.
• Indirect tax experience in construction, engineering, EPC, infrastructure or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of nexus, sourcing, taxability, exemptions, resale and use tax accruals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform sales and use taxability reviews across transactions.
• Research state/local statutes to determine tax treatment.
• Develop supportable taxability positions and recommendations.
• Maintain taxability matrices and guidance for cross-functional teams.
• Oversee exemption/resale certificate management and related processes.
• Guide ERP and tax technology systems on tax coding and rules.
• Manage day-to-day tax audits, notices, and inquiries.
