Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance/taxation or related field.
• At least 15+ years of progressive tax experience, with U.S. sales and use tax focus.
• Experience with construction/infrastructure project taxation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and local tax nexus, taxability, exemptions, resale.
• Experience with ERP and tax technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. sales and use tax compliance processes, returns, payments, and reporting.
• Oversee preparation/review of tax returns and ensure timely filings.
• Lead taxability reviews for purchases, sales, services, and project-related transactions across jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain taxability matrices and guidance for procurement, A/P, and operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide practical tax guidance throughout project lifecycle.
