Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Leader, Enterprise Procurement to build and scale a modern procurement organization. You will lead sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and partner with business stakeholders across indirect spend categories.

The role emphasizes supplier governance, governance, and data-driven decision making, with technology-enabled processes and AI enablement to drive enterprise growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI; NetSuite or equivalent ERP; Zip or equivalent procurement workflow platform; and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, playbooks, and governance aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Build relationships across Finance, Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, HR, Marketing and Operations.
• Support supplier lifecycle management, renewal planning, and supplier optimization initiatives.
• Assist procurement transformation through policies, governance, and tooling improvements.
• Analyze spend, contracts, and category data; prepare executive presentations and business cases.
