Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an IT & Technology Strategic Sourcing Leader to build and scale a modern procurement organization that supports enterprise growth, supplier governance, and value creation across software, cybersecurity, AI/SaaS, IT, and professional services.

The role partners with IT, Legal, Finance, Privacy, and Operations to drive category strategies, governance, and data-driven decisions. Remote-friendly with strong negotiation and leadership requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain with software/IT category focus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI; NetSuite or equivalent ERP; Zip or equivalent procurement workflow platform; and Jira or equivalent project management tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across software, cybersecurity, AI/SaaS, IT, professional services, and assigned indirect categories.
• Develop category strategies aligned to enterprise objectives and governance approaches.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier assessments, benchmarking, and sourcing events.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and identify value creation opportunities.
