Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Leader, Enterprise Procurement to build and scale a modern procurement organization that supports enterprise growth, governance, and value creation. You will lead sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions to drive strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytics, data-driven decision making, and the use of Excel and Power BI, with AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office; Power BI; NetSuite or ERP; Jira.
• Ability to build business cases and executive presentations.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, supplier strategies, roadmaps, and governance approaches.
• Maintain supplier segmentation, renewal visibility, and category governance.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, supplier innovation, risks, and developments.
• Provide category intelligence, benchmarking insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate enterprise priorities into category-level sourcing and supplier strategies.
• Build trusted relationships across Finance, Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, HR, Marketing, Operations.
• Engage stakeholders early to influence sourcing decisions and commercial strategies.
• Support supplier lifecycle management, performance management, and renewal planning.
• Support procurement policies, governance, and operating model improvements.
• Analyze spend, supplier, contract data; develop executive-ready presentations and business cases.
