Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC seeks a Hardware, Telecom & Reseller Strategic Sourcing Leader to scale a modern procurement function supporting enterprise growth. You will lead sourcing, category strategies, and supplier governance across hardware, telecom, reseller management, and professional services, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive value.

You will develop category playbooks, benchmark supplier performance, and translate business priorities into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supplier Management.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience with hardware, telecom, or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across hardware, telecom, reseller management, professional services, and indirect categories.
• Develop category strategies, supplier strategies, multi-year roadmaps, category playbooks, and governance approaches.
• Build trusted relationships across IT, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business functions.
• Negotiate hardware, telecom, mobility, connectivity, maintenance, warranty, support, managed services, implementation, and related professional services arrangements.
• Support procurement policies, governance, operating model improvements, demand and asset lifecycle practices.
