Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Leader for Enterprise Procurement to drive category strategies, and supplier governance in a remote setting. You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to shape sourcing decisions and negotiate favorable terms across indirect spends.

The role emphasizes procurement transformation, analytics and AI enablement, requiring 5+ years in strategic sourcing and strong stakeholder management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI; NetSuite or equivalent ERP; Jira or equivalent procurement workflows.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop category strategies, supplier strategies, roadmaps, playbooks and governance.
• Build trusted relationships across Finance, Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, HR, Marketing, Operations.
• Support supplier lifecycle management, performance and renewal planning.
• Support procurement policies, governance, operating-model improvements, tools, templates, and sourcing frameworks.
• Analyze spend, supplier, contract, and category data; develop executive-ready reports and business cases.
