Toast is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect procurement, managing a $25M+ spend across Hardware, Software/SaaS and Professional Services. This role partners with internal stakeholders to ensure tools, services, and partnerships fuel growth while delivering meaningful savings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of indirect procurement experience with process improvement and P2P optimization.
• Deep expertise in category & contract management.
• Hands-on familiarity with procurement tools, including Zip.
• Experience implementing AI use cases within procurement to drive automation or insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute sourcing and category management strategies across Hardware, Software/SaaS and Professional Services to align with financial goals.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, negotiating terms to drive cost savings while mitigating risk.
• Design frictionless procurement workflows and remove operational roadblocks for internal teams.
• Build relationships across the organization and guide stakeholders through the procurement process with clear communication.
