Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager – Indirect Procurement to partner with C-suite leaders and shape how the organization manages third-party spend and creates sustainable value.

You will own strategic sourcing across IT, Marketing, HR, Facilities, and other corporate services, leading cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and value through data-driven insights and AI-enabled procurement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive levels.
• Experience with AI-enabled procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape indirect spend and value.
• Develop category strategies across IT, Marketing, HR, and more.
• Lead sourcing initiatives from analysis to contract execution.
• Drive supplier relationships and performance optimization.
• Lead procurement transformation using data and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to realize savings.
• Mentor procurement colleagues and promote continuous improvement.
