First Quality is seeking an Indirect Procurement-Senior Manager to lead the indirect procurement team across AbHy plants, guiding strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and policy design to maximize value.

The role may be based at McElhattan, PA or Macon, GA, with travel up to 30% to AbHy locations, and requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communicator with interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Experience supervising a team and developing business relationships.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and process optimization capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct/coordinate indirect procurement of materials, supplies, and services for AbHy plants.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and lead cross-functional alignment on sourcing.
• Design and implement procurement policies aligned with overall First Quality policies.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements to support FTG initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of indirect buyers across multiple locations.
• Establish measurable procurement performance metrics and analytics.
• Approve cross-plant requisitions and provide spend analytics to leadership.
• Support cost-effective parts and equipment development while maintaining quality and safety.
• Build cross-functional alignment with finance and plant leadership.
• Develop procurement documentation and a digital roadmap for automation.
