Job summary

First Quality is seeking an Indirect Procurement-Senior Manager to lead the indirect procurement function across AbHy plants, driving strategic sourcing, spend approval, and cross-functional alignment. The role requires negotiating with suppliers, implementing policy, and delivering cost savings.

Based in McElhattan, PA (Central PA site) or Macon, GA, the position may involve travel roughly 30% to AbHy locations and leading a high-performing team of indirect buyers to achieve cost and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain required
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations with negotiating and cost analysis
• Experience supervising a team and developing supplier relationships

Responsibilities

• Direct/co-ordinate procurement of indirect materials, supplies, and services across AbHy plants
• Develop supplier strategies, negotiate terms, and align with cross-functional stakeholders
• Design/implement procurement policies consistent with First Quality policies
• Identify cost savings and process improvements to support FTG efforts
• Lead and mentor a team of indirect buyers across locations
• Establish measurable procurement performance metrics and spend analytics
• Approve requisitions across plants and provide spend analytics to leadership
