Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement to lead the procurement of indirect materials and services for all AbHy plants from McElhattan, PA, Lewistown, PA, or Macon, GA. The role requires strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cross-site collaboration to maximize value and standardize purchasing.

You will travel ~30% to AbHy locations, build strong supplier relationships, and drive cost savings while guiding a team of indirect buyers across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain.
• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing operations, with negotiating, cost analysis, and procurement experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with leadership skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience supervising a team and developing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct/coordinate indirect procurement across AbHy plants to optimize spend.
• Lead negotiations with vendors and standardize processes across sites.
• Design and implement procurement policies aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Track cost savings initiatives and support FTG funding.
• Manage a team of indirect buyers across multiple locations.
