• Ability to develop training materials and modules.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and participate in audits.

Responsibilities

• Train new and newly promoted staff in benefit programs (FNS, FCH, Adult Medicaid, Work First & Childcare Subsidy).
• Provide one-on-one training support and mentoring of staff.
• Develop training materials/modules and participate in quality assurance and audits.
