Ladders is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Incident Response to join a leader in Enterprise Technology, focusing on incident response across cloud and SaaS environments. The role emphasizes hands-on forensics, technical leadership, and guiding response actions to reduce risk.

The ideal candidate will have deep security judgment, experience with AI/agentic platforms, and the ability to lead a 24x7 incident response program from a remote US-based location.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of incident response experience or 5+ years with a Master’s degree
• Cloud security expertise across AWS, GCP or Azure
• Proficiency in AI/LLM and agentic security capabilities
• Broad security expertise across domains
• Core IR skills in DFIR, reverse engineering, network security
• Experience with enterprise security and SaaS applications

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incidents as part of a 24x7 operations and on-call schedule
• Triage and respond to security events and alerts for containment
• Conduct analysis and forensics to determine timelines and impacts
• Provide technical leadership and influence team direction
• Develop AI-powered autonomous capabilities for security
• Communicate decisions through design docs and tech talks
• Mentor junior security responders
