Job summary

Eaton is seeking an IT - Incident Response Engineer to join the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). You will identify, analyze, and respond to advanced threats across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, applying incident response expertise while advancing AI-enabled automation and detection capabilities.

This senior role requires hands-on IR leadership, cloud security experience, and coordination across global endpoints and OT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years in security operations, incident response, cloud security, e-Discovery, insider threat, security engineering or related field.
• U.S. person under ITAR; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and respond to threats across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Develop and tune cloud-native detections and automation to scale SOC operations.
• Lead incident response and threat-hunting efforts across global assets and platforms.
