Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a senior Operations lead to manage dealer incentive programs, ensuring accurate governance, communication, and payments. You will translate incentive strategies into clear rules, reliable systems, and timely issue resolution across a wide network.

The role requires strong analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and an ability to drive continuous improvement in incentive processes.

Qualifications

Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in automotive incentives, sales operations, dealer operations, finance operations, program administration, analytics, reporting, or a related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Hyundai dealer incentive program execution, including setup, launch readiness, claims processing, adjustments, payments, coupons, and special sales initiatives.
Oversee dealer communications, program rules, announcements, training materials, guides, and launch packages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Serve as business owner for incentive systems, payment workflows, FIORI routing, dealer portals, and related technologies; manage requirements, enhancements, testing, and production readiness.
Manage dealer and regional escalations related to incentive eligibility, claims, payments, and system issues; coordinate resolution with cross‑functional partners.
Lead reporting, dashboard development, and post‑program analyses to assess program effectiveness, dealer participation, budget utilization, sales impact, and operational performance.
