Job summary

Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Senior Product Manager to own THEO Incentives, driving AI-powered incentive programs across client ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with data science and engineering to design, launch, and optimize the incentive catalog and decisioning engine.

You will lead experimentation, define metrics, ensure privacy and governance, and influence cross-team planning while delivering measurable engagement improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience with ownership of a product area from strategy through launch.
• Product fundamentals: writing clear requirements, prioritizing a roadmap, running discovery, and defining success metrics.
• Experience shipping ML-driven products with model-based features.
• Fluency in AI/ML technical concepts and collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Analytical rigor; ability to define metrics and base decisions on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Incentives domain, from problem discovery through shipped, measured outcomes.
• Define how AI and ML models select, personalize, and sequence incentives to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Partner with data science to specify the incentive decisioning engine inputs and evaluation criteria.
• Translate incentive economics into product requirements balancing member value with program sustainability.
• Design and prioritize the incentive catalog and configuration experience for minimal manual overhead.
• Build the experimentation practice for incentives with holdout tests and uplift modeling.
• Evaluate where generative AI can automate content generation or configuration, shipping high-leverage features.
• Turn client and stakeholder needs into precise, prioritized requirements with clear metrics.
• Ensure incentive products meet privacy, consent, and data governance requirements.
• Represent the Incentives pod in cross-team planning with engineering, design, and leadership.
