Job summary

Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects from intake to delivery for enterprise accounts. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage scopes, budgets, and timelines, and apply AI-driven planning and forecasting while delivering value to clients.

We value collaboration, transparency, and a proactive mindset in a hybrid work environment. Local candidates may work from an Augeo office or remotely within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional context
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects in a B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environment
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification is a plus but not required
• Incentive, loyalty, engagement, or marketing technology knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project plans reflecting client objectives and goals; resolve conflicts and changes within governance
• Lead full project lifecycle—design, build, implement for technology solutions; manage tasks and communications
• Build trusted relationships with client contacts, partners, and internal teams
• Govern a portfolio of projects across enterprise client accounts with shared resources
• Prioritize and communicate portfolio status aligned with strategy
• Use AI-driven plans and tools; evaluate accuracy and AI insights critically
• Teach and improve PMO delivery processes and share best practices
