Augeo is seeking a Senior Event Manager, Incentive Travel to lead corporate incentive travel programs, recognition experiences, and high-impact events for corporate clients. You will serve as the primary client contact, overseeing programs from strategy and planning through onsite execution and final reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience managing incentive travel programs or related events.
• Agency, third-party planning, incentive travel, meetings, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven success managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing program budgets and financial reconciliation.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organization and client-facing communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead mid-to-large-scale incentive travel programs from kickoff through execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build trust through proactive communication.
• Facilitate client calls, present recommendations, and guide planning conversations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, trackers, and internal workflows.
• Lead internal planning meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Consult on program strategy, destinations, and event design.
• Design and execute all program elements: hotels, venues, transportation, activities.
• Oversee supplier negotiations and vendor management.
• Lead post-program reconciliation and financial closeout.
• Ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
