CLEAResult in Portland, Oregon is hiring a Senior Incentive Customer Representative to deliver program implementation and administrative services for an Oregon-based non-profit client. You will handle inquiries from customers and contractors via phone and email, process incentive applications and payments, and maintain databases with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma, strong follow-through, and professional engagement in frequent client

Responsibilities

• Answers customer and contractor phone calls and email inquiries.
• Processes incentive applications and incentive payments.
• Enters and maintains various database(s).
• Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures.
• Communicates and directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed incentive claim data.
• Provides guidance to customers interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
• Participates in frequent client meetings and follows up on action items.

Senior Incentive Customer Representative

We are looking for a talented individual... To join our team as a Senior Incentive Customer Representative! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. Range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email on a variety of solar and renewable inquiries.

Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To

• Answers customer and contractor phone calls and email inquiries
• Processes incentive applications and incentive payments.
• Enters and maintains various database(s).
• Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures.
• Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed incentive claim data.
• Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
• Participates in frequent meetings with the client, representing the team professionally and taking ownership of follow-up action items.

Target Compensation:

$22.00 per hour
