CLEAResult in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Senior Incentive Customer Representative to deliver program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon-based nonprofit client.

You will handle customer and contractor inquiries by phone and email, process incentive applications and payments, and maintain databases. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and client-focused communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong follow-through and accountability with proactive communication.
• Comfort working directly with a client in frequent meetings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Ideal candidates will be based in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Answers customer and contractor phone calls and email inquiries.
• Processes incentive applications and incentive payments.
• Enters and maintains various database(s).
• Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes.
• Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed data.
• Provides expertise and guidance to customers interpreting policies for program participation and compliance.
• Participates in frequent meetings with the client, representing the team professionally.
