CLEAResult is hiring a Senior Incentive Customer Representative to join the Program Team in Portland, Oregon. You will deliver program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon-based non-profit client, handling solar and renewable inquiries via phone and email.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will interact with a client in frequent meetings, maintain multiple databases, and ensure accuracy and compliance in incentive

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Comfort working directly with a client in frequent meetings with professionalism and responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Answers customer and contractor phone calls and email inquiries
• Processes incentive applications and incentive payments
• Enters and maintains various database(s)
• Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements
• Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures
• Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed incentive claim data
• Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance
• Participates in frequent meetings with the client, representing the team professionally and taking ownership of follow‑up action items
