Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Operations Manager to oversee direct and indirect material receipts, inspections, and dock-to-put-away processes at our Georgetown, TX facility. You’ll drive inbound accuracy, KPI attainment, and cross-functional collaboration with IQC, logistics, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires 6-8+ years in manufacturing/warehouse settings, ERP experience, and leadership of large teams; pain points include safety, 5S, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound material receipts and inspections for direct and indirect materials.
• Coordinate with IQC, logistics, and Supply Chain Management to maintain high inbound accuracy.
• Lead staffing, training, and safety programs; implement 5S and lean initiatives.
