Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits seeks a Replenishment Lead to guide a team of Analysts in optimizing inventory health and service levels. You will partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, and supplier partners to mitigate stock risks and drive end-to-end replenishment excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Progressive supply chain experience with replenishment, inventory planning, and logistics execution.
• Experience with ERP systems and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Replenishment Analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own inventory health and end-to-end supply chain logistics execution by proactively optimizing inventory levels, service, and replenishment performance.
• Mitigate out-of-stock risks through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor inventory and replenishment metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal Supply Chain, Commercial, and Supplier Partners to align strategies.
• Build relationships with supplier partners to improve replenishment execution and visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and standardize processes.
• Coordinate new product introductions and special projects from a replenishment perspective.
• Provide training and mentoring through data-driven insights and best practices.
